 D472/3 Copy Court Roll Partition of lands of Evan Rosser par. Panteg and lordship of Edlogan between Evan Rosser, Daniel Rosser, Jenkin Rosser, the three sons and customary heirs of Evan Rosser. Evan Rosser's share One barn, one cowhouse, one outhouse and garden and one field called Pwll Bach adjoining to the highway leading from Pant Y Velun towards Cantoon to the river Avon Llwyd and to the late lands of Evan Rosser called Cae Glan Yr Avon and to the lands of John How Esq. On condition that he pays £6 to his brother Jenkin Rosser. Daniel Rosser's share Upper part of the house being the tiled part and also the upper part of the garden adjoining to the lane leading to Cae Glan Y Avon from a certain plumb tree in the yard of the said housse to the certain peg in the alley in the said garden and from the peg down to the bottom of the said garden and also the upper part of the field called Cae Glan Yr Avon from a certain tree called a witch hazell cross the ground top an old oak and from the witch hazell to the river. Jenkin Rosser's Share The lower part of the house from the upper side of the pine end in the middle of the house and also a garden from the plumb tree down to the peg in the alley and so across from the witch hazell to the oak across the field and from the witch hazell to the river mearing to the lands of John How to the river called Afon Llwyd. Jenkin Rosser to have free recourse throught the lane leading from the highway to Cae Glan Yr Avon and so to have a lane from Cae Glan Yr Avon Ycha to his own field called Cae Glan Yr Avon Ysga. 4 Mar 1728/1729
