Biographical/Historical note

The Tredegar Riots took place in August 1911. After 100-year closure the following series was released by TNA in 2012: "HO144/1160/212987 DISTURBANCES: Anti - semitic riots at Tredegar, Monmouthshire." Much of the depositor's research and the collection is drawn from this series.
