Biographical/Historical note
Both churches were part of the Pontypool Circuit. Park Terrace Church was erected in 1877. In 1982 Park Terrace merged with Nicholas Street to create the Pontypool Methodist Church. Earl Street was in existence at least between 1892 and 1986.
